​Festival X brings a diverse array of international events to Mikkeli, featuring culture, music, and wellness. The festival program unites concert world superstars with Viennese café culture, holistic wellness promotion, and international experiences. The 2025 Festival X consists of three mini-festivals:

WIENIÄ! – A celebration of classical music and Viennese culture, featuring world-class orchestras. Audiences will be captivated by musicians from the Vienna Philharmonic, Nova Orchester Wien, the Kyiv Virtuosi Quintet, and the Janoska Ensemble. Renowned soloists include celebrated pianist Alexander Malofeev, violin virtuoso Kristīne Balanas, bandoneon artist Mario Stefano Pietrodarchi, Vienna State Opera baritone Adrian Eröd, and international star soprano Marta Poliszot.

BREATHE. – A wellness festival for both mind and body, featuring workshops, demonstrations, performances, and music. Participants can choose from a wide selection of activities, including yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, various forms of therapy, and musical experiences. The festival also offers opportunities to sample high-quality local and organic produce.

TAI-WAN? – A fusion of Taiwanese culture and commerce, featuring music, art, cuisine, and business networking opportunities. The musical headliner is the esteemed Kaohsiung Chinese Orchestra, known for blending Western and Eastern cultural influences. Their performance is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for anyone visiting Mikkeli this summer.​​
